This ensures that the dealer follows our internal Warranty Claim process and submits your claim via our proprietary Warranty Portal. When contacting your dealer please be ready and provide them with the following information and arrange for your caravan to be assessed by the dealer:
a) A clear and concise description of the issue.
b) A clear and concise description of the proposed rectification works.
c) Photos or a video demonstrating the fault (a video often provides clearer insight than photos alone).
d) A copy of the caravan’s proof of purchase.
e) Use the chassis number UCXXXXX as a reference number.
