Please follow the steps below in order to submit your warranty claim.

Urban Caravans Warranty Claim Process

If you would like to submit a warranty claim, you should always contact your dealer first. This ensures that the dealer follows our internal Warranty Claim process and submits your claim via our proprietary Warranty Portal. When contacting your dealer please be ready and provide them with the following information and arrange for your caravan to be assessed by the dealer:

a) A clear and concise description of the issue.
b) A clear and concise description of the proposed rectification works.
c) Photos or a video demonstrating the fault (a video often provides clearer insight than photos alone).
d) A copy of the caravan’s proof of purchase.
e) Use the chassis number UCXXXXX as a reference number.

When Contacting Your Dealer is Not Possible

If it’s not possible to go through your Urban Caravans dealer, or an alternative Urban Caravans dealer, please use this method.
To ensure we address any warranty issues or assessments efficiently, we kindly ask that you follow the steps below:

      1. Reach out to a registered caravan repairer of your choice for assistance
      2. Arrange for your caravan to be assessed. After the assessment, please have the repairer send the following information to our Warranty Team at warranty@urbancaravans.com.au:
        a) A clear and concise description of the issue.
        b) A clear and concise description of the proposed rectification works.
        c) An itemised repair quote.
        d) Photos or a video demonstrating the fault (a video often provides clearer insight than photos alone).
        e) Specify if parts are required, including their availability in stock and the associated cost. (for consideration)
        f) A copy of the caravan’s proof of purchase.
        g) Use the chassis number UCXXXXX as a reference number.
      3. Once we receive all required items from the repairer, we will promptly process the warranty case and inform of the outcome.
